If I could give more stars, I would. I was referred to WP Help by some people in an SEO/web dev group, and I have to say I've never been happier working with an outside firm on projects. Guillermo and Monica are absolutely professional in every interaction without being cold. Guillermo will have your site requests finished in no time, and his attitude is incredibly kind (especially refreshing if you're used to working with cranky developers). They feel like they're an extension of our team!

Amazing service. Fast, affordable. I happened to have another issue pop up during the scheduled service and WP Help, specifically Guillermo, was able to quickly help me out and not only get the issue resolved, but also was in constant communication via email with updates. The actual scheduled services by WP Help were great also. Will definitely hire again for any wordpress site help. Highly recommend!

I can't say enough good things about Guillermo and his team. He helped me out of a tough spot when my regular tech guy was unavailable due to a family emergency. Six months later I made the switch to WP Help full time. The service always goes above and beyond and is fast. I tell all my friends that this is the team they need to use (and many of them do now and are just as happy with the service)!

I needed some simple help - or so I thought. The first person I hired (I will name no names here) treated me HORRIBLY and in the long run ended up making matters worse and costing me a crazy amount of money. I was about to give up entirely when someone suggest WP Help. I sent an email explaining what I needed help with. They immediately replied to my inquiry and said a happiness hero would be in touch soon. I received a professional and courteous response and within 2 hours, my entire issue was solved. They rectified all the errors the previous person had cost me and they did it in such a kind and cheerful way. They really are HAPPINESS HEROES. I can't even begin to say how thankful I am for their hard work and speedy resolve.
